A CLEANING FEE will be added for items requiring cleaning upon return at Lessor's sole discretion.
Rinse all items that have come into contact with food to avoid a 50% cleaning fee.
Return all crates and racks that, dishware/glasses were packaged in.
You are charged for time until equipment is returned to store and return is verified by validation of contract copy.
WE CHARGE FOR ALL FUEL USED.
Lessee accepts all responsibility of all equipment on this contract and is RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES and responsible for any and all tire damage on equipment with tires. Lessee agrees to pay for all repair/replacement costs if damaged while in Lessee's possession at Lessor's sole discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY for event/party rental items is calculated from the delivery/customer pick up date at the 1 day rental cost: 25% if cancelled prior to 7 days before, 50% if cancelled less than 7 days before, 100% if cancelled less than 36 hours from the delivery/customer pick up date. SERVICE CHARGES: Lessee agrees to pay 2% per month on any unpaid balances, Rent fees due not stop until items have been returned.
EQUIPMENT ISSUES: If there is an issue with rented equipment call us immediately, if the reason for issue is customer fault, there will be a service charge. If you do not call about issue, there will be no refund.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRAILER HOOKUP: While Action will provide assistance, the customer is responsible for the proper hookup of the trailer, lights, and ball size. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their vehicle meets the Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) rating needed for hauling the rental trailer. By signing below, I have read and understand the conditions of this contract and agree to abide by them fully.
DELIVERIES & PICK UPS
A FUEL SURCHARGE Will be added if fuel prices go above $4.50 Per Gallon.
We are a TAIL GATE drop off and pick up at the same location unless other arrangements have been made
Additional fees may be applied under the following circumstances:
The rental items require packing to or from the tailgate of the vehicle.
All rented items are not present at the designated drop-off location.
All rented items are not prepared for pickup at the time of our arrival.
Standby Fee :
In the event that we are unable to establish contact with the designated contact person at the agreed upon location, and as a result, the delivery or pickup cannot proceed as scheduled, the lessee may incur a standby fee. The standby fee, which will be determined at the lessor's discretion, will be applied to the rental contract. The amount of this fee will be communicated to the lessee and charged upon finalization of the rental agreement.
